Niantic is continuing to slowly roll out more Pokémon for players to catch in Pokémon GO. In addition to these new creatures, some new Lure Modules have been introduced into the game that offer varying effects.

It was recently announced that the Sinnoh Pokémon Cherubi, Cherrim, Gible, Gabite, Garchomp, Hippopotas, and Hippowdon, among others, will soon be appearing in the wild and hatching from Eggs in Pokémon GO. Additionally, the powerful Ground-type move Earth Power will soon be introduced as well.

Also, three new types of Lure Modules have recently been added to the game. These are Glacial Lure Modules, Mossy Lure Modules, and Magnetic Lure Modules. Like normal Lure Modules, these new ones will last for 30 minutes and attract local Pokémon, but each will also have their own special effects as well. Glacial Lure Modules will attract Water- and Ice-types and will allow players within range of it to evolve their Eevee into Glaceon. Mossy Lure Modules will attract Bug-, Grass-, and Poison-types and will let players evolve Eevee into Leafeon. Lastly, Magnetic Lure Modules will attract Electric-, Steel-, and Rock-types while allowing Nosepass to evolve into Probopass and Magneton into Magnezone. These new modules are currently available in the in-game store for 200 PokéCoins each.
